OMVIC Disclosure

We are a registered Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) dealer.

The Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) is the regulator of the motor-vehicle sales industry in Ontario. As a registered dealer we comply with the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) and the OMVIC Code of Ethics.

Consumer protection

Every used-vehicle sale in Ontario contributes to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Compensation Fund, which protects you if a transaction goes wrong. Ask us for the OMVIC consumer guide before you sign — we're happy to walk you through it.

Mandatory disclosures

Total advertised price (excluding HST and licensing only).
Vehicle history (previous accidents, prior use, branded title, fleet/rental status).
Whether the vehicle was previously written off, damaged, or used as a daily rental.
Number of previous owners on a Carfax/CarProof report.

Your rights

You have the right to receive a written bill of sale, copies of all signed documents, and the original ownership documents at the time of delivery. You can verify our registration at omvic.on.ca.
