2. Vehicle listings

Listings are for marketing purposes. Prices, availability, mileage, equipment, and incentives may change without notice. Any final transaction is subject to a written purchase agreement, applicable taxes, fees, and licensing.

3. Pricing & advertising

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Advertised prices are exclusive of HST, licensing, OMVIC fee (where applicable), and any optional warranty / protection products unless explicitly bundled.

4. Photographs & specifications

Photos may be representative; actual vehicle equipment may differ. We make reasonable efforts to keep VIN-level details accurate but recommend confirming features in person and reviewing the Carfax/CarProof report before purchase.

5. Financing & credit applications

Submission of a credit application authorises us to obtain your credit report and share your application with our network of lenders for the sole purpose of arranging financing. Approval is subject to lender criteria.

6. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant Demo Dealership a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that content for marketing purposes. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (logos, photos, written content, trademarks) is owned by Demo Dealership or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demo Dealership is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer-protection rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
