DealerMatrix was founded in Toronto in 2024 by a small team of dealership operators, software engineers and product designers. We'd watched too many independent dealerships paying $1,200/month for an inventory tool, $400/month for a CRM, $300/month for marketing automation — and still ending up with three islands of data that never talked to one another. We thought the modern web could do better.
